This year the chapter hopes to begin a new annual tradition by holding a booth at the Whiting Pierogi Festival on Friday, July 29th thru Sunday, July 31st
The event is held every year in Whiting Indiana on 119th St
Chapter 17 will be represented by our volunteers and will be selling some DAV Swag as well as providing info to help any veterans at the event.
If you’re at the festival, please stop by. Bring our volunteers a drink in the heat or give them a bathroom break if you have the time. Don’t forget to bring your appetite.
