It is with a heavy heart inform everyone that Member Jimmy Outlaw passed away over the Christmas weekend.
Jimmy lived in East Chicago, IN. He served in the Army – 1966 to 1968 and he was assigned to Vietnam during this time. He was a SPC 4 at time of discharge. He became a Life Member of DAV Chapter #17 in 2010. Plans for his funeral are yet to be determined.
